By using CTOLITY products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this limited warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by country or region. Except where permitted by law, CTOLITY does not exclude or limit other consumer rights you may have under local law.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from ctolitypower.com. For products purchased from third-party resellers or distributors, please consult them for their warranty terms.

Warranty Timeline

All CTOLITY products purchased through our official online store come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of receipt.

Customers who subscribe to our website will receive a free extension to 2 years of warranty.

Warranty Coverage by Time Period

Time Period Warranty Terms
Within 1 Month CTOLITY covers all shipping and repairs. Customer must provide valid picture and video proof.
2–3 Months Customer pays return shipping fee. CTOLITY covers repair fees.
3–6 Months Customer pays return shipping and repair fees. CTOLITY covers return shipping.
6–12 Months Same as above. Customer pays return + repair. CTOLITY covers return shipping.
12–24 Months (Subscribers Only) Customer covers all costs including return shipping, repair, and return from CTOLITY warehouse.

Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • - Non-quality-related issues or misuse
  • - Items purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • - Missing or invalid proof of purchase
  • - Expired warranty periods
  • - Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or improper use
  • - Damage caused by external elements (heat, liquids, etc.)
  • - Compatibility issues with third-party parts
  • - Lost or stolen items after delivery
  • - Free promotional or giveaway products

Cross-Regional Repairs

CTOLITY does not offer a global warranty. Repairs can only be done at authorized service centers in the purchase region.

Cross-regional repair may be possible at additional cost and subject to parts availability. Customs duties and taxes must be borne by the customer.

Valid Proof of Purchase

Acceptable documentation includes:

  • - Order confirmation email or invoice showing product name, price, and sales channel
