1.Shipping Locations

1. Shipping is valid for shipping addresses in the United States and excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and excluding Guam for some products.

2. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

U.S. Shipping Notes:
We currently ship to the mainland United States but do not ship to the following regions :Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
Remote areas may incur extra charges or delays—availability is shown at checkout.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost, contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking info. We will help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
